Our products are live with paying businesses. That is uncomfortable, and it is the fastest way anyone gets good at this.

There is not always an open role in each of these. If your work is strong, we would rather hear from you early than miss you because the timing was wrong.

Engineering
Product engineers who care how a thing feels, not only whether it compiles. TypeScript, React, Node, Python, Postgres.

AI and machine learning
Forecasting, pricing and applied language-model work. People who can take a model from an idea to something that survives real customers.

Product and design
People who can sit in a homestay for two hours, watch how the owner actually works, and come back with the right thing to build.

Customer success
The ones who get a property live in a week and stay close afterwards. Hindi or Bengali helps enormously here.

Sales and partnerships
Honest, consultative selling to owners who have been oversold to before and are right to be sceptical.

Internships
A few each year, on real work with real users. We do not run coffee-fetching internships.
