Sell everywhere. Manage from one window.
An India-first channel manager: one shared inventory across your own site and every OTA you list on.
The moment you list on a second booking site, you take on a second job — copying rates, closing dates, and hoping nobody books a room that has already gone. myotasync keeps one inventory behind all of them. Change a price once and it lands everywhere, in seconds, through live connections rather than a calendar file that updates when it feels like it.

What myotasync.com does
Double bookings are the obvious cost, and the most painful — you either move a guest who has travelled all day, or you pay to put them somewhere else. The quieter cost is everything you do to avoid them: closing rooms you could have sold, keeping a night blocked on three sites because you cannot update them fast enough, or simply not listing on a fourth channel because it is one more calendar to babysit.
myotasync connects to MakeMyTrip and Goibibo together, Booking.com, Agoda, Airbnb, Expedia, Trip.com, Yatra and EaseMyTrip, and holds a single pool of rooms behind all of them. Rates, availability, minimum stays and stop-sells are set once. A booking on any channel closes the night on every other one immediately, and every reservation lands in one feed instead of eight inboxes.
It also tells you something the OTA extranets will not: what each channel is actually worth after its commission. Net revenue per channel, direct booking ratio, lead times, cancellation patterns — so you can decide where the next room should go rather than guessing. Onboarding and channel mapping are done for you, usually inside a week, and we never take a commission on your bookings.
What you get with myotasync.com
01
One inventory, every channel
A single pool of rooms behind your own site and each OTA. Sell a night anywhere and it closes everywhere, in seconds.
02
Live connections, not iCal
Direct API links to each channel rather than calendar files that sync on their own schedule — which is where most double bookings come from.
03
Change rates once
Bulk updates across dates, room types and channels, including minimum stays, stop-sells and restrictions.
04
Every booking in one feed
Reservations from all channels in a single list, so nobody has to check eight extranets to know who is arriving.
05
Net revenue per channel
Commission tracked per booking site, so you can see what each one really pays you — and rank them honestly.
06
AI revenue guidance
Pricing suggestions from your sell-out patterns, room allocation advice, and plain-English summaries of what changed and why.
07
Connection health checks
Continuous monitoring of each channel link, so a broken connection is something you are told about rather than something you discover.
08
Mapped and set up for you
Free onboarding and channel mapping. Most properties are running inside a week, and we never take a commission on bookings.

myotasync.com questions
- Which booking sites do you connect to?
- MakeMyTrip and Goibibo through one connection, plus Booking.com, Agoda, Airbnb, Expedia, Trip.com, Yatra and EaseMyTrip. Vrbo and Hostelworld are on the roadmap. If the channel that matters to you is missing, tell us — that is how the list grows.
- How is this different from the iCal sync my listing already offers?
- iCal files refresh on the channel’s own schedule, which can be minutes or can be hours. In that gap two guests can book the same night. myotasync uses live API connections, so the close happens immediately.
- Do I need myhomestay.ai as well?
- No. myotasync works on its own if you only need distribution sorted. If you also want the property itself run — front desk, guests, payments, invoices — myhomestay.ai does that, and the two work together.
- How long does setup take, and who does it?
- We do it. Onboarding and channel mapping are free, and most properties are live inside a week — mapping room types correctly is the fiddly part, and it is the part we would rather not leave to you.
- Do you take a commission?
- Never. You pay for the software. What the OTAs charge is between you and them, and we show you exactly what that costs per channel.
