Your revenue manager goes home at seven. The market doesn’t.

Rates get reviewed on Monday. A competitor drops his price on Wednesday. A conference gets announced on Thursday. By the time anyone looks again, the week is sold — some of it too cheap, some of it not at all. myrevai watches continuously and moves your prices the moment the picture changes, inside the floor and ceiling you set.

myrevai.in — Revenue management software for Indian hospitality, shown on its own homepage

What myrevai.in does

Revenue management has never really been a pricing problem. It is an attention problem. The information needed to price tomorrow correctly exists — in your booking pace, in your competitors’ published rates, in the events calendar for your city — but nobody has the hours to read all of it every day, for every room type, for the next ninety nights.

myrevai reads it continuously. It forecasts demand from your own booking history and updates that forecast with every booking and cancellation that comes in. It compares your position against the market. Then it either changes the rate or tells you it wants to, depending on how much rope you have given it — and it always shows what the decision was based on.

You keep the parts that matter: the lowest rate you will ever sell at, the highest you think the market will bear, how fast prices may move, and the right to overrule any of it. The software is there to make sure nothing goes unpriced, not to take the business out of your hands.

What you get with myrevai.in

01

Forecasts that improve every day

Demand and revenue projections built from your own history, updated with every booking, cancellation and no-show rather than refreshed once a month.

02

Pricing that moves when the market does

Rate changes triggered by real conditions — pace, competitor movement, events — inside the floors, ceilings and step limits you set.

03

The reason, not just the number

Every recommendation arrives with what caused it, so a revenue manager can argue with it and an owner can understand it.

04

Warnings before they become losses

Unusual patterns flagged early: a weekend going soft, a competitor undercutting you, a channel quietly outperforming its cost.

05

One picture from scattered systems

Your PMS, booking sites and central reservation data pulled into a single view, so decisions are made on the whole picture instead of one screen.

06

Dashboards for commercial people

Built to be read by the person who owns the number, not only by an analyst who knows where the export button is.

myrevai.in questions

When can I use it?
It is not generally available yet. Waitlist members are onboarded first and help shape what ships — join at myrevai.in and we will tell you honestly where you are in the queue.
Do I have to replace my PMS?
No. myrevai sits on top of the systems you already run and reads from them. If one of yours cannot be connected, we will tell you before you commit.
Will it undercut my rates to fill rooms?
It cannot go below the floor you set, at any time, for any reason. Filling rooms cheaply is easy and we did not build software to do the easy thing.
We already have a revenue manager. Does this replace them?
No — it removes the part of their week spent gathering numbers, so they spend it on strategy, negotiation and the calls software should not make.
How much history do you need before it is useful?
Less than most systems, because it leans on market signals as well as your own past. Where the data is genuinely thin, it will say so instead of pretending to be confident.
